Insane Inflatable 5K is a great opportunity to get together with your friends, gym buds, co-workers, vague acquaintances from Facebook – whomever! Teams are easy to create and allow you to join and invite your friends to the most insane race you’ll ever run. Like certain other physical activities, the Insane Inflatable 5K is more fun when you’re not doing it alone! For teams of 40 or more, contact us about a team registration discount price HERE.

 

Team Awards & Incentives

Largest Team Award:

At each Insane Inflatable 5K event, we will award the team with the most members the Largest Team Award. The largest team will be immortalized on our starting line with our event MC in front of the entire Insane Inflatable 5K crowd. Your mom will be bragging for MONTHS!

The award goes to the team with the most members registered for a single Insane Inflatable 5K event.*

*The ability to add team members ends when online registration closes.  Any additions on race day will not be counted.

Team Captain Incentive Program:

Here is your chance to get all your buds together and receive some sweet deals as their Team Captain. To register your team, click any REGISTER LINK and choose the option to create a new team.  Once your team is signed up, log into your Team Manager page and click on the “Invite Friends” to start recruiting.

  • Recruit 10+ people: you get a Team Captain Insane Inflatable 5K T-shirt (picked up at the event)
  • Recruit 15+ people: you get a Team Captain Insane Inflatable 5K T-shirt and a free entry into any future Insane Inflatable 5K event.
  • Recruit 25+ people: you get a Team Captain Insane Inflatable 5K T-shirt, a free entry into any future Insane Inflatable 5K event and a Swag Bag full of Insane Inflatable 5K goodies.

Is there a fee to create or join a team?

 
 

A: There is no team fee. All registration pricing is done individually per runner, and that rate is based on how close we are to the event. See event specific pages for the full list of price increases.

Is there a team size requirement?

 
 

There is no required team size; teams of 2 to 92 (and beyond!) are welcomed at the event!

Can I pre-pay registration for my team members?

 
 

Yes. Team captains can pre-pay for registrations for team members during their own registration process.

How do I view who is on my team?

 
 

The Team captain can get access to the full roster (and other team tools) through ACTIVE.

How do I invite members to join my team?

 
 

Once a team has been created, the team captain can invite members via the email link on their home page at ACTIVE.

Can I edit my team name after I’ve registered?

 
 

Team captains may edit the name, description and add or remove a team password through ACTIVE.
